No stranger to playing live, having hundreds of interstate shows under his belt, he is determined to build his career in his own unique way. Experiencing the heartache & triumphs a life on the road playing country music can offer a man from age 18, Oscar Litchfield plays & writes songs with a piercing honesty, writing about the places he has been & the people he has met.
Pre - Pandemic, the NSW Snowy Mountains born & bred songwriter constantly toured Australia & recorded music for a living. However once Covid changed the way we live, & the way we listen to music, Oscar decided to take on work in Agriculture & Underground Mining to keep the lights on.
Currently residing in Perth, WA. Oscar is gearing up to tour the state & visit home in NSW over the first half of 2024. Currently mixing a lifestyle of working away in Northern Western Australia as an underground miner & a touring country singer is a unique mix of hard work & travel.
Oscars current country radio single "Life of Mine" is now streaming on all major platforms, and tells the stories of some of the people he has met while working underground since 2021.
